Attachments

In this tutorial, you will learn how to attach and upload images and documents on your patient records.

About the Attachments Extension

WRMD’s Attachment Extension allows you to attach pictures and documents to your patient records. With this extension, that picture you took of the animal’s wound or the photo the rescuer sent of that animal out in the wild can be stored directly in the patient’s record. Also, you can even attach that PDF of those lab results or a scan of all those handwritten notes you made on a particular patient.
