Sharing and Embedding Your Public Animal Report Form
In this tutorial, you will learn how to put your Public Animal Report Form in front of the public – by embedding it on your website, sharing a direct link, or posting a QR code.
Before You Start
Make sure your form is turned on and configured first. If you have not done that yet, see Setting Up Your Public Animal Report Form. The sharing tools below all live at the bottom of that same settings page, in the Share your form section.
Allowing the Domains That Can Show Your Form
For security, your form only loads on websites you approve. In the Allowed embedding domains section, type a domain (for example, wildlifecenter.org) and click Add. At least one domain is required. To allow any subdomain of a site, use a wildcard such as *.example.com. Remove a domain at any time by clicking the X next to it. If a site is not on this list, the form will refuse to load there.

Embedding the Form on Your Website
The Embed code box contains a short snippet – an iframe plus a small resize script. Click Copy code and paste it into any page on one of your allowed domains. The form will appear inline and automatically resize to fit its content.
Sharing a Direct Link
If you would rather link to the form than embed it, use the Direct link field. Click Copy link and share the URL in an email, a social post, or a button on your site.
Posting a QR Code
The QR code opens your form on a phone when scanned, which is handy for signs, flyers, and intake counters. Click Download QR code to save the image, then print or post it wherever the public might find an animal.
Regenerating Your Token
Each form has a unique token built into its embed code, link, and QR code. If that token is ever exposed or you simply want to retire the old links, click Regenerate token. This gives you a fresh embed code, link, and QR code – but it also breaks any form you have already embedded or shared with the old token, so be ready to update them afterward.
