How to Add Monitoring Events
This tutorial will assist you with entering data for a monitoring event.
Step 1:
Select the Event Case you would like to enter monitoring data for.
Step 2:
Select Monitoring from the panel on the left of the screen.
Step 3:
Click Edit Case located on the top right of the screen.
Step 4:
Enter the information in the appropriate fields. You can click Save Case or if you need to Add Another Monitoring Response, click here (circled in red).
Step 5:
Add the information for the additional monitoring response and click Add Another Monitoring Response if you have one or click Save Case.
Step 6:
To add information about a Monitoring outcome. Click Edit Case in the top right corner.
Step 7:
Add the information in the appropriate fields of Monitoring Outcome. After you have entered the data, click on the carrot next to the blue Save Case button. From the drop down menu, select Validate Case and Save.
