How to Record a Procedure
This tutorial will instruct you on how to record procedures in an event.
Step 1:
Click on List Event from the left panel and then select the event to which you want to add a procedure.
Step 2:
Once on the selected event, click on Procedures in the left panel.
Step 3:
Click the Edit Case button located on the top right of the screen.
Step 4:
Enter the data to complete the fields. You can also upload files here (PDF, JPG, JPED, GIF up to 10 MB). If you upload a file, make sure to assign the appropriate Tag. Click Save Case in the top right corner or Add Another Procedure in the bottom left corner.
If you clicked on Add Another Procedure by mistake, you can click on the red trash can in the lower right corner to remove the procedure card. If you do not remove the extra procedure an error will be generated when you try to Save Case.
Step 5:
Once all procedure data has been entered, click on the carrot next to the blue Save Case button.
Choose Validate and Save Case from the drop down menu to validate the data and ensure all required fields have been completed.
