How to Record a Procedure

This tutorial will instruct you on how to record procedures in an event.

Step 1:

Click on List Event from the left panel and then select the event to which you want to add a procedure.

Step 2:

Once on the selected event, click on Procedures in the left-hand panel.

Step 3:

Click the Edit Case button located on the top right of the screen.

Step 4:

Enter the data to complete the fields. You can also upload files here (PDF, JPG, JPED, GIF up to 10 MB). Select Save Case (top right) or Add Another Procedure (bottom left).

If you have clicked on Add Another Procedure by mistake, there is a red trash can in the lower right that you can click on. You will need to do this as an error will be generated if there is not appropriate data here and you try to Save Case.

Step 5:

Click on the carrot next to the blue Save Case button.

Choose Validate and Save Case from the drop down menu.
