How to Create an Event and Send a Near Real-Time Report

Step 1:

From the dashboard, select New Event from the left side panel.

Step 2:

Once you click on the New Event, you will need to fill in the data as appropriate. Please select Start Case (circled in red) after you have entered the data required.

Step 3:

Enter the Initial Observation data and continue scrolling down to the next panel and fill out the Animal Information data.

Note: based on your selections, there may be more fields that appear that will need to have data entered.

Step 4:

Click Save on the bottom right of the screen.

The selections below will appear, and you will need to click the one applicable. Please note that even if you don't choose a selection, a copy of the NRT will be emailed to the email address of the user that is signed in.
