Seeking Help
This tutorial will instruct you on where you can find helpful articles and how to reach out to a WildAlert representative for direct questions.
Step 1
WildAlert uses a feature called Help Scout to deliver helpful articles and tutorials as well as an option to ask questions via a chat bubble. Those questions asked directly will be answered by a representative (usually within 48 hours). To search through the articles, click on the yellow bubble on the bottom right of the screen. This will bring up a search box that you can type into as well as a list of commonly read articles.
