Seeking Help
This tutorial will instruct you on where you can find helpful articles and how to reach out to a WildAlert representative for direct questions.
Step 1
WildAlert uses a feature called Help Scout to deliver helpful articles and tutorials as well as an option to ask questions via a chat bubble. Those questions asked directly will be answered by a representative (usually within 48 hours). To search through the articles, click on the yellow bubble on the lower left of the screen. (This is different from the Search box in the top banner, which searches targets and projects, not help articles.) This will bring up a search box that you can type into as well as a list of commonly read articles.
