Sharing Findings with Collaborators
This tutorial will show you how to share your target results with your colleagues.
Step 1
Click Targets in the top banner and then click on the target you want to share. You can also find a target quickly by typing its name into the Search box in the top banner, which searches targets and projects.
Step 2
Click on the Share button in the upper-right corner of the target page.
Step 3
You will then copy and paste the URL in an email to the person you wish to share this target with. The link is a signed URL that lets anyone with the link view a read-only version of the target results — they do not need a WildAlert account to open it. The link is only valid for 7 days; after that, open the Share dialog again to generate a new one. A recipient who is signed in to WildAlert is taken to the normal target page instead of the read-only view.
Step 4
Click Close to dismiss the share dialog and continue your work.
