Update Account Profile
It is important to keep your account profile up-to-date and accurate because (1) this information will be included in your annual report, and (2) it makes it easier for us at WRMD to keep in touch with you regarding database updates. Your profile should be updated on a regular basis as it includes information about your Organization, Federal and State Permits, Location, and Contact information.
Note: Only users with Admin access are able to update the Account Settings.
Step 1
Visit https://www.wrmd.org/signin and log into your account using the username and password that you registered with.
Step 2
To access your account settings, click on your avatar in the upper right corner and choose Settings from the drop-down menu.

Step 3
Your Account Profile will be visible as the default setting. You can review and edit your basic account information here.

You can review and modify your account in the following ways:
- Account Avatar: Add or change the logo or icon of your organization. Having an image makes identification easier when communicating on the forum.
- Organization Information: Add or modify the name, address, country, and permit number of your organization.
- Contact Details: Update any contact information
- Localization: Set the time zone for your specific location and preference. WRMD currently only supports the English and Spanish language, but there are plans to become multilingual.
Step 4
Be sure to click the green Update button in the respective section to save your updates.
